Worldwide Adventure Goals
Tuesday, 31 May 2011 15:07I stumbled upon this blog yesterday. It's actually a travel blog of two girlfriends who are currently backpacking around Southeast Asia. Their plan is to travel around Southeast Asia for SIX MONTHS (which they are now doing). I was inspired on how they planned this ultimate adventure of their lives to the extent of quitting their jobs for this trip. But since I don't think I can afford to quit my job just for my passion addiction for traveling (though I would definitely love that), I decided to just put into writing my life travel goals. I am not going to put a timeline for this because I'd like to fulfill them at my own pace and time. I've divided my goals into three categories, Ultimate Dream, Asian Dream, and Nationwide Dream
Ultimate Dream
As the title suggests, it's my ultimate travel dream in my life. I say these countries are part of my ultimate dream because they're far, needs a visa, and expensive to visit. If I won't be able to see these countries with my friends, at least with my future family. Also, these trips includes several countries in one trip, which involves long travel by train, bus or plane between countries.
I put this classification because these countries are nearest to the Philippines, thus making my dream trips to these countries more feasible sooner. Also, the travel expenses in these countries are relatively cheaper than Western countries, maybe except for Japan (that's why I included Japan in the countries of my ultimate dream destination).
It's always one's dream to visit new places, learn about others nations' cultures and its people, but it's also important to explore and visit your own country. The Philippines is a country that has so much to offer especially its beautiful beaches. You might also want to visit the Philippines, not only Boracay, and discover the hidden beauty of this country. (Sorry for the promotion.)

- European trip - includes the most popular countries in Europe (Italy, Rome, France, Germany, UK, Holland, Switzerland). This trip may be divided into several trips visiting several European countries in one trip.
- US trip - a backpacking trip in the United States of America covering from Alaska until the border of Mexico. The east coast and the west coast too.
- Southeast Asian trip - Manila-Singapore-Kuala Lumpur-Ho Chi Minh-Phnom Phen-Siem Reap-Bangkok-Manila in 15 days or more.
- Australia trip - Sydney and Melbourne in one trip
- Japan trip - being a Jpop fangirl, of course one of my ultimate dreams is to visit Japan. My plan is to visit Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka in one trip. Of course, a Japan trip with an Arashi concert and/or Tegomass will be the best and also the ultimate dream of an Arashi and Tegomass fangirl ♥

- Hongkong - I've been to Hongkong last year, but it was more of a "business" and shopping trip, and I wasn't able to visit the places that I wanted. It would also be ideal if I'll be able to visit Macau too.
- Bangkok - I'm a sucker for visitng cultural sites and temples, and shopping too!
- Siem Reap, Cambodia
- Macau
- Beijing, China
- Shanghai, China
- Indonesia (Bali and Borobudur)
- Hanoi, Vietnam
- Macau
Seoul, South Korea- I'd love to go back to Seoul. It's such a beautiful place, with beautiful people and weatherSingapore- I would want to visit again for Universal Studios, SG and shop for shoes and bags in Charles & Keith. haha- Jeju Island, South Korea
Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam- one of the cheapest places I've visited.
